Elser.AI operates Playworlds. Email support@elser.ai for help with the browser game, feedback about a world, or questions about this site.
For a technical issue, include the page address, your browser and device, what you expected, and the steps that led to the problem. Remove private story text, invitation codes and other sensitive information from screenshots before sending them.
Saved adventures
Saved adventures are linked to your account. If an adventure is missing, check that you signed in to the same account. Previous browser-linked saves are not automatically imported. Do not send cookies or authentication tokens by email.
Privacy questions
For questions about your data or a deletion request, contact support@elser.ai and describe your request. We may need enough information to identify the relevant account or archived browser records before we can act.
